West Des Moines, IA: OneroRx Inc.® is proud to be Certified™ by Great Place To Work® for the 2nd year in a row. The prestigious award is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at OneroRx. This year, 70% of employees said it’s a great place to work – 13 points higher than the average U.S. company.

Great Place To Work® is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and the leadership behaviors proven to deliver market-leading revenue, employee retention and increased innovation.

“Great Place To Work Certification is a highly coveted achievement that requires consistent and intentional dedication to the overall employee experience,” says Sarah Lewis-Kulin, the Vice President of Global Recognition at Great Place To Work. She emphasizes that Certification is the sole official recognition earned by the real-time feedback of employees regarding their company culture. “By successfully earning this recognition, it is evident that OneroRx stands out as one of the top companies to work for, providing a great workplace environment for its employees.”

The healthcare industry, and pharmacy specifically, has experienced high rates of burnout. Having new employees find their place in the company quickly helps OneroRx’s teams feel supported and connected from the start. This year’s survey found that 83% of OneroRx employees said that when you join the company, you are made to feel welcome.

“We are thrilled to be Great Place To Work-Certified™ for the 2nd year in a row,” said OneroRx CEO and President Joseph Dunham. “We consider employee experience a top priority every day and owe our continued success to our team of dedicated employees. We celebrate and thank them for all they do to earn this incredible recognition again.”

OneroRx is a leading regional provider of pharmacy and telepharmacy services, pharmaceutical products, supplements, and medical supplies to patients in underserved communities. Starting with six pharmacies in 2021, they now operate 66 pharmacies in seven states, including in-clinic or hospital-based pharmacies, telepharmacies, long-term care pharmacies, a durable medical equipment store, and a regional compounding pharmacy.
